Now that the legislative session is done, KDADS begins the work of reanalyzing cost reports and factoring in the approved $15.40 per Medicaid resident per day to the rate setting process for nursing facilities. KDADS expects to have this completed in the first part of June. LeadingAge Kansas will keep members updated as more information becomes available.
