We have received reports from a small number of members who have observed peculiar and inappropriate surveyor behavior in recent weeks.  Examples: 1) going through employee desks, 2) going through employee lockers, 3) sitting on floor hidden behind recliner in resident room without resident knowledge, observing what is going on. Have you been witness to this kind of behavior by surveyors in recent weeks? We ask that you let us know if you have observed this type of behavior and we will bring our concern to the Agency in a manner that does not identify you or your organization. Thank you for your help.
