This special project is to get some fun items into our members hands and get your name out to our members. This is a valuable way to connect with them without getting to see them in-person. Each attendee will receive a Bundle Box and the remainder will be sent out to our members who weren’t able to join the virtual conference.  Sign up early to reserve your spot for this fun connection opportunity. Space is limited!

1. Bundle Box item must be received by April 5^th.  This will allow us time to pack and ship out to attendees.
2. Items must be preapproved by LeadingAge Kansas. We want to work with you so you can share the item of your choice, but please be reasonable with the size of your item.
3. We will be sending out 250 boxes therefore need 250 of your items.– Attendees will be first on the list and then other homes as we see fit.
4. Cost to participate if you have a booth is $250 for one item. If you do not have a booth it is $500 for your one item to be included.
5. In addition to your one item you can also include one promotion flyer or material.
