These notices are being sent to non-compliant providers via certified mail and email. This is the first step in debt collection. Providers who believe that they have received a repayment notice an error (e.g., they are not required to return or submitted all required PRF reports) can seek a Decision Review. Providers only have 60 days from receipt of the notice to submit a decision review request.
