The Progressive Health Care Alliance (PHA) is inviting LeadingAge Kansas members and their boards to attend a governance best practices session presented by Todd Linden. The session will take place on March 14 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Schowalter Villa in Hesston.  The presentation will look at the fundamentals of board responsibilities and explain the importance of building good connections with key stakeholders. It will also address the management of those relationships while respecting the administrative structure and the sometimes-fine line between management and governance. Best practices and examples of governance strategies that drive organizational success will be shared.

Todd presented at the Fall 2024 LeadingAge Kansas Conference and was a huge hit.  This is a great no-cost opportunity for you and/or your board to learn from a nationally known expert in governance topics.   For more information or to register, contact stephanie@leadingagekansas.org by no later than 5:00 PM on March 11.
