KING’s 26th Annual Membership meeting was held on April 13th at the Wichita Hyatt Regency Hotel in conjunction with the LeadingAge Kansas Spring Conference and Expo.  Michael Smith, Secretary/Treasurer, with Wheat State Manor in Whitewater presided over the meeting. Beth Green with Kansas Christian Home in Newton and Rodney Whittington with Villa St. Francis in Olathe were elected to the Board Class of 2019. Ed Reasoner with Thomas McGee provided an update on the historical performance of the KING program and a legislative/legal update.  Kevin McFarland provided the financial report and presented the KING Award Winners.

Tina Andres
Tina Andres is the Director of Administrative Operations. Since joining LeadingAge Kansas in 2001, Tina has held many different roles during her time at the association. Her current focus is overseeing accounting, human resources, and office management. Having attended Kansas State University and Pratt Business College with an emphasis in accounting, Tina utilizes her education and work experience to provide accounting functions for LeadingAge Kansas, LeadingAge Kansas Employee Benefits, Inc. (EBI), LeadingAge Kansas Foundation and KING. Tina is passionate about being a team player and is willing to help others in all capacities.
