LeadingAge national has just shared a bulletin outlining a change with appeals and QoC complaints.
Effective June 8, 2019, Livanta will handle Medicare appeals and quality of care complaints in the following states and Regions.
- Region 2: New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
- Region 3: Delaware, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia
- Region 5: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin
- Region 7: Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska
- Region 9: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada and the Pacific Territories
