Southwind at Spearville is officially open! Services offered include 12 assisted living apartments and 14 skilled nursing beds. The new, small home design and Graceful Living care approach will bring an improved option of senior care to the area. Southwind at Spearville’s Board of Directors and community supported a $1.5 million fundraising campaign to make the project a reality. Grace Team lead design and provides management services. Tosha Fields is the Administrator (shared with Sunporch of Dodge City).
