Thank you to everyone who has sent us their Program Service Revenue for their most recent audited year. If you haven’t sent yours in, please do so. There are two easy ways to get the info to us – use whichever is easiest for you.

- Download the 2018 Millage Form, fill it out, and email back to dana@leadingagekansas.org
