About the DON Learning Group:
This DON Learning Group will be an opportunity for discussion and networking with your peers. Our goal is to virtually bring together a mixture of experience levels within nurse leaders so there is an opportunity to learn from each other. There is always something to be learned and what better way to do it than together in a safe and open environment.
The beginning will be a chance to get to know each other, where you’re from and what you’re going through in your role. Next, we will open it up to what topics you would like to discuss for the afternoon. You will together select the topics you feel are most needing to be discussed. Depending on the size of the group we will remain in a large group or break into smaller groups.
How beneficial this time and training is will really depend on your participation.
Topics of discussion will be chosen at the virtual meeting.
