Don’t miss the webinar this Thursday, June 18th at 1 PM to discuss self-care. Our own Stephanie Gfeller will be presenting this webinar.

Are you feeling tired, cranky, stressed, easily distracted, overwhelmed, or worried? Do you feel like you don’t have time for self-care or like taking time for it is selfish? (I’m sensing some nods!) Do yourself a favor and sign up for this webinar. We will talk about the importance of self-care and engage in physical, emotional and social self-care activities that can be done when time is limited. You will thank yourself when it’s over!
