Over 1,000 home health, hospice, and personal care agencies participated in the National Healthcare at Home Best Practices and Future Insights Study. This is the largest study of its kind with the goal to provide agency leaders with clinical, financial and operational best practices performed by leading organizations across the country. The study also includes a full section on staffing, recruitment, and retention. The LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston participated as a steering committee member.
