As an integral part of your organization’s future and success, it is essential that your Board understands their roles and responsibilities and how to leverage their position for organizational success. This year’s Fall Conference will feature two 50-minute sessions to help you, and your board members, master the fundamentals of effective governance. Beginning with the basics of being and/or managing board members and working up to best practices for cultivating relationships with all stakeholders, you (and your board) will walk out of these sessions with powerful tools to bolster your executive/board effectiveness.

Now is the perfect time to register for Fall Conference before Early Bird Registration ends on August 2! View the agenda, book your hotel room, invite your board members, and register when you are ready.
