We are happy to welcome back Logan County Manor in Oakley, Kansas. They are a lovely little long-term care unit of Logan County Hospital serving about 45 residents. Their CEO is Mel Snow, and their Director of Nursing is Diana Dibble. Please join us in welcoming them back.
