Each year, LeadingAge Kansas asks members to provide information to help us determine dues for the following calendar year. Our dues are based upon a millage formula and figured based upon your program service revenue. Most members can find this information on their most recent form 990 that they have to file with the IRS. Others can find the information on their most recent cost report information or their financial statements. If you have questions, please contact Dana Weaver for more information.
