  • Staffing remains a struggle for surveyors and quality assurance personnel

  • Gs and Js are being cited in assisted living for failure of health care services coordination.  There are skin issues or falls, and the nurse and administration does not address the issue.
  • Annual surveys continue to lag, currently averaging 20 -21 months out.
