Last winter, you and your staff members may have completed LeadingAge National’s Provider Services Survey as a pilot test of the survey. If so, we thank you for your help.
LeadingAge National will be sending a new Provider Services Survey in the next several days. We encourage you to complete the survey, even if you took the pilot version last winter, because the new survey has numerous important modifications.
The ultimate purpose of the survey is to enhance LeadingAge’s ability to provide your organization with tools, guidance, issue briefs, and representation on Capitol Hill and your state house.
If you have not taken the survey, please do so when it is sent to you next week. To thank you if you take the new survey, LeadingAge National will enter your name into a drawing for a $500 Amazon gift card.
