On June 30, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) sent a letter to LeadingAge and AHCA asking a number of questions about the staffing mandate lawsuit. On July 8, LeadingAge responded to the questions in the letter relevant to their organization. Their response can be found here .
