Higher Severity in Emergency Preparedness Surveys
CMS has updated the Scope and Severity that will be used for Emergency Preparedness Tags.

From the fire marshal’s office:  Back when the EP first came out, CMS did a soft roll out and asked to keep the Tags at a “C” level. With the EP now being out for over a year, the S/S for the EP will now be similar to that of the K-Tags. So going forward the OSFM will be citing the S/S as we would with the normal K-Tags.
