Medicaid Providers in the State of Kansas must pay an application fee for new provider applications, re-enrollments (revalidations), and reactivations. However, if your organization is a Medicare provider, you are exempt from the application fee. The fee for 2018 is $569. For more information, see KMAP bulletin #17298 here.

Outside of the office, Addy enjoys crafting, playing board games, video games, and DnD, and spending time with her fiancé and their two cats.
