We are still collecting responses for an important workforce survey that is being conducted by a third party to help guide our workforce efforts. We have invested heavily in this survey and want to make sure that we get a large enough response rate for it to be statistically valid. If you are a nurse or a CNA that works in a nursing home, LTCU or assisted living, and haven’t yet taken the survey, please act today.

Your organization will be entered into a drawing to receive either 2 free registrations for our 2018 Spring Convention and Expo, or one free registration and complimentary hotel accommodations.
The stakes are high and this information is incredibly important for us to bend the curve of our workforce crisis. We know how busy you are and there isn’t a lot of time to do extra, however the workforce crisis isn’t going away and LeadingAge Kansas is working diligently to solve the problem. The survey only takes about 10 minutes. Please either take the survey if you are eligible or step up as an employer and send it out to your nurses and CNAs. 50 member organizations out of an eligible 130 members have already stepped up.
