Providers who received Provider Relief Funds (PRF) and/or ARP Rural funds between July 1 – December 31, 2021, are required to report on how they used those funds in Reporting Period 4. This is the first reporting period where providers must use the updated reporting requirements from October 2022. Reports are submitted via the PRF Reporting Portal.
