LeadingAge announces a two-part webinar to equip providers with proven strategies, practical tips and tools to recognize, respond to, and challenge enforcement efforts. Regulatory enforcement actions are intensifying, and hospice providers are facing unprecedented levels of scrutiny with serious operational and financial consequences. Enhanced prepayment reviews, multi-round claim audits, and program integrity investigations are expanding in scope and frequency. While these reviews often focus on whether documentation supports a prognosis of six months or less, claims are also denied for technical deficiencies related to election statements, face-to-face encounters, and certifications of terminal illness. Register here!
