Peer Group

We’re excited to introduce our newest professional network: the Assisted Living Peer Group. This quarterly forum brings together administrators, nurses, department leaders, and key team members who are passionate about staying informed, sharing insights, and building stronger connections across the Assisted Living community.

Each session will offer meaningful discussions around regulatory updates, best practices, and current challenges impacting Assisted Living operations. Participants will also have the opportunity to celebrate successes, exchange practical tools and resources, and learn from peers who understand the real-world demands of leadership in this field.

The goal is simple, to foster a supportive, knowledgeable network that strengthens operations and enhances the quality of care for residents.

Our first exploratory meeting will take place on February 26, 2026, via Zoom.
If you’re interested in joining, please reach out to Nicole@leadingagekansas.org for additional details.
