Mark your calendars and get excited because we have a great Spring Conference & Expo planned for you. We will kick off the Spring Conference with Katie Sloan, the President and CEO of LeadingAge National talking about their new vision of “An America freed from ageism”. 

Katie will be followed by our excellent keynotes, Denise Boudreau-Scott, LNHA, MHA, presenting “Tired to Inspired” a workforce-themed presentation focused on the culture of your organization. Kurt Kazanowski, MS, RN, CHE, will present “Hope is Not a Strategy”.

This conference will have 4 tracks which include: New RoP Regulations, Workforce, Direct Care and Financial Strategies. Be on the lookout for the brochure and registration which will be coming soon!

Stephanie Gfeller
Stephanie Gfeller, MS, LACHA is the Director of Education and Leadership. Stephanie joined the association in 2019 and oversees the development of our education programs, writes and manages all of our federal grant programs, and leads our Center for Leadership program. With her master’s degree in Gerontology from Kansas State University, adult care home administrator license, experience as a researcher and instructor at the K State Center on Aging, and endless creativity, Stephanie is ideally suited to her leadership role in our field. Outside of work Stephanie enjoys reading, supporting her kids at all their activities, serving as a 4-H club leader, and being outside helping on her family farm.
