LeadingAge Kansas is pleased to announce that Rachel Shane has joined our team at the Education and Membership Assistant. She looks forward to learning all she can about the association in order to help members and their residents, which is where her passions lies. She chose aging services due to her past volunteer time spent in retirement homes, playing cards with residents and listening to their life stories. She loves that her role within the association will allow her to provide residents with a better quality of life by better educating Administrators and Staff about the people and communities they serve.
