Effective February 25, 2017, it will be easier to complete the Kansas Medical Assistance Program (KMAP) enrollment and re-enrollment applications online. An enhancement will allow providers to sign enrollment agreements electronically (e-sign). Providers will no longer be required to submit a separate paper Disclosure of Ownership or Provider Agreement with the online application.

This enhancement will apply to new enrollment applications and revalidations submitted through the KMAP website on and after February 25, 2017, for all existing provider types.

Completing KMAP enrollment online:

  • Ensures more efficient and accurate completion of the application
  • Expedites the processing of the application by reducing the need to separately print and mail the signed documents
  • Allows providers to simply e-sign and submit

For more information about this and instructions, go to KMAP General Bulletin #17029 on the KMAP website.
