If your organization appears on that list and you question its validity, start with verifying if there was a day that did not meet the less than 8 hours and compare to the submission. The submission can be corrected, however there is a time lag between correction and the information showing in the data.
Additionally, here is the data regarding staffing on weekends. CMS is going to provide increased scrutiny on weekend staffing levels, however they have not yet defined what that will look like. There has been some indication that they will begin to survey on the weekends.
