CARE/PASSR Update
PASSR has been extended an additional 30 days (September 21st) according to new CARE program memo. We have received an additional message from the CARE Program as well as a AAA phone list
Please be advised, the KDADS CARE Team will be out of the office due to COVID-19. The best way to reach them is by email KDADS.CARE@ks.gov or by fax 785-291-3427 or you may call The Program Manager phone at 785-506-9609. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and responses will be made during those times.
