CARE News
Effective July 23, 2020 KDADS will be extending the suspension of the Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) process for an additional 30 days. The suspension includes CARE Level I screens, special admissions (columns A & B on the CARE form) and PASRR Level II evaluations.
FEDERAL UPDATES
Tell Congress to Act Now for Older Adults!
Congress needs to hear how many LeadingAge provider communities are struggling to obtain enough personal protective equipment, sufficient testing, and resources to keep the older adults they serve safe and healthy. The negotiations are happening now and decisions will be made fast. Send a personal message to your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senators asking for crucial resources and immediate relief today.
