Action Alert – Contact the Governor
Yesterday, the state legislature approved a COVID-19 bill that excludes adult care homes from the lawsuit immunity that every other health care provider in the state is receiving during the pandemic. This was after Governor Kelly threatened to veto any bill that contained lawsuit protection for adult care homes. There is still time before the bill is signed into law. Contact Governor Kelly today through our latest action alert The Governor Must Hear From Us. If you have contacted the Governor, thank you. Please consider asking others who support our cause to do the same.
