FEDERAL UPDATES
- HHS Announces June 3 Provider Relief Deadline and New SNF Funds on the Way .
- OSHA Issued New Interim Enforcement Response Plan and Guidance (COVID-19).
- New Federal Funds for Nursing Homes Distributed Today – All nursing homes in the country should have received an email regarding their organizations’ payment distribution under the CARES Act. Each nursing home with over 5 beds should today receive a fixed distribution per facility of $50,000 plus an additional distribution of $2,500 per bed. Please visit hhs.gov/providerrelief and review the continually updated Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Nicole Fallon nfallon@leadingage.org is also available to share your experience about the provider relief funds and to ask questions.
