OSHA Grant Funded Covid-19 Safety Training Final Opportunity Starting Soon
The final training cycle of the OSHA grant funded Covid-19 Safety for CNAs training series begins June 16 and we would love to have your team there. Have you registered yet? Spaces in the training are limited and filling quickly, so get your team registered today.
COVID-19 Safety for CNAs is a FREE five-week, live virtual training series designed specifically for teams of CNAs. They will gain (and refresh) knowledge and skills necessary to protect themselves, co-workers and residents from the hazards presented by COVID-19. They will learn to identify, prevent, reduce or eliminate potential hazards and gain the skills and confidence needed to advocate for safety. Trainings will be interactive, informative, and fun. The trainers will use guided discussions, hands-on activities, case discussions and an interactive learning platform to engage the participants.
Trainees in the previous sessions have described it at “excellent,” “effective,” “helpful” and “great training.” Over 95% of the trainees to date would recommend the training series to a co-worker.
If you are interested registering or getting more information, contact Stephanie Gfeller stephanie@leadingagekansas.org
P.S. This is a great way to get the high school and college students joining your team for the summer the Covid-19 safety knowledge and skills they need.
