This page addresses requirements and key recommendations. It also provides links to more detailed resources and peer examples. If there is information you would like to see added to the resource or wish to share examples from your organization, reach out and let us know. This resource will be continuously updated, and resources added to it.

- Become a preferred PPE Recipient for providers on the front lines from Amazon. – make sure you start with Amazon Smiles to support the LeadingAge Kansas Foundation with your purchase.
- KFMC and HQIN have developed a COVID 19 Focus Survey Readiness tool. They are also offering office hours on Wednesday April 15th related to the tool and nursing homes who have experienced a survey.

LeadingAge Kansas, Kansas Health Care Association and KACE strongly urge your organization (one person per organization) to complete this LTC Providers’ COVID-19 Surge Capacity Survey so that we have a picture of how providers across Kansas are preparing, and so we can bring information to the statewide emergency response conversation.
