PHS 626 Senior Living Hospitality – an 8 week online course for spring 2023
Course Description
This course will explore best practices for service excellence at senior living communities. Students will gain in-depth understanding of the current senior living landscape and have the opportunity to utilize the principles of environmental psychology to plan senior living environments that support health and wellness through informed design. Topics covered include marketing, culture change, and generational trends surrounding expectations of senior living.
