CMS will host the next SNF/LTC Open Door Forum on Thursday, August 31st from 1:00 – 2:00 PM CT.  The agenda, which is subject to change, includes the FY 2024 SNF PPS rule updates; the Minimum Data Set Manual updates; the MDS Crossover Rule; August Performance Score Reports; and SNF/NH Measures updates.
