The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Portal is open for providers to submit their Reporting Period 5 (RP5) reports. These reports must be submitted no later than September 30, 2023, at 10:59 p.m. CT but providers are encouraged to get them in earlier. RP5 is for providers who received one or more PRF (General or Targeted) and/or American Rescue Plan Rural payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. These reports are required to comply with PRF Reporting Requirements. More information and resources can be found on the HRSA PRF Reporting webpage.
