As we head into the fall and toward 2017, it is clear that LeadingAge Kansas members are facing many daunting challenges that call for strong leadership, actionable information and purposeful advocacy.  We face an ongoing stream of challenges related to financial sustainability, workforce, the regulatory system and person-centered care.  We are intensely aware of how the actions of elected officials impact on our organization’s survival and success.  At a time like this we all must step up to lead… you, your board, your leadership team and the Association.
