On July 30, CMS released the FY2025 Hospice Wage Index final rule. LeadingAge has completed a review of the final proposals for LeadingAge members. This summary is not exhaustive; we encourage members to read the whole rule. This rule contains the finalized implement the standardized patient assessment – the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool. Kylee has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a bachelor's degree in criminology with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Trauma studies from Kansas State University, and a certificate in Grant Proposal Writing from Fort Hays State University.
