LeadingAge Kansas has contracted with Georgina Munguya, MSN, RN, RAC-CT, of Focus1 Health Consulting, to provide MDS-related telephone or email technical assistance to members. She will also provide a discount to LeadingAge Kansas members for onsite consultation and training.
Georgina has more than 20 years of experience in long-term care nursing, having served previously as a charge nurse, MDS Care Plan Coordinator, Assisted Living Director, Assistant Director of Nursing and regional MDS Director for a multi-campus nonprofit long term care organization. She is an AANAC-certified Resident Assessment Coordinator and attained her under graduate nursing education at Hesston College and Tabor College, and her master’s degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
