The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has posted its latest update to the List of Excluded Individuals/Entities. The July 2016 updates and an archive of updates from prior months are now available.
All members who participate in Medicare or Medicaid programs are prohibited from employing or contracting with a person or vendor listed on the OIG exclusion list, and should take the time to review this list each month.
