Real life examples and success stories will be shared. After this workshop, you will be able to identify staff empowerment and hiring right, as well as regulations that support creating home. The course is 6 CEUs approved for licensed adult care home administrators and operators (2 administrative and 4 resident care hours), social workers and nurses.
