Join Dee Pekruhn of LeadingAge, Allison Ciborowski of LeadingAge Maryland, Jaime Roberts of LeadingAge Arizona, and Tom Akins, LeadingAge North Carolina, for a look at regulatory oversight of CCRCs across the country.

The post-pandemic years have brought life plan communities / CCRCs into an unprecedented season of change; operations, models of care, and strategic and financial planning have all necessarily adapted. On the immediate horizon is an increasingly tumultuous environment of regulatory and legislative activity that is transcending state boundaries. The webinar will walk through the current landscape, review findings from a comparative review of state statutory language for CCRCs and discuss legislative activities in different states. Panelists will discuss how regulatory oversight and legislative activities are converging in their states to shape the future of CCRCs.
