The OSHA grant funded Resident to Staff Aggression: Prevention and Response training will be held in-person in Mankato (April 19) and Lenexa (April 20). Get your team registered so you can join us for an engaging and application-focused training.
Participants will learn prevention, de-escalation, and response techniques for working with aggressive residents. There is no cost to attend since the training is funded by an OSHA Susan Harwood Targeted Training Grant. The training is designed specifically for long-term care employees and will be beneficial to all employees, not just nursing team members. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion and those licensed in Kanas may be eligible for CE credits. The training is offered in multiple formats, locations, dates, and times for convenience.
Can’t join us in person? There are live, virtual training sessions in May, June, and July.
