Provider Relief Deadline for Period 4 Late Reporting is This Friday, April 28th

Providers have until this Friday, April 28^th at 10:59 PM CST to submit a late reporting requesting if they missed the deadline for submitting Provider Relief Fund Report for Period 4, which was due at the end of March.
