Communication and team building are important to any organization, especially long-term care. This class will explore better ways to communicate, ways to identify how stress impacts you and how to relieve it and discusses how important staff empowerment is to build an effective team. Ways to empower staff will also be explained. This class would be excellent for formal and informal leaders.

Course is 6 CEUs approved for licensed adult care home administrators and operators (6 administrative hours), social workers and nurses for $99. Discounts given for groups.
