Everyone is feeling the growing pressure of the new regulations. Each may be feeling the stresses of the New Requirements of Participation (RoP) differently, and it is extra work on everyone.   1. Update with KDADS: Join Codi Thurness with KDADS to discuss the trends in deficiencies, common finding that result in G+ deficiencies, IJ+ deficiencies and tips for compliance. Let KDADS provide you with insight on how to gear up for the new RoP oversight and enforcement.
  2. The Elements of Compliance for Phase 1 – New Requirements for Participation for Skilled Nursing Facilities: Leah Killian-Smith with Pathway Health will overview the Phase 1 requirements will providing you with useful information, tools and resources which you can take back to your organizations, so you’re ready for the new and revised rules.
  3. The Elements of Compliance for Phase 2 – New Requirements for Participation for Skilled Nursing Facilities: Be proactive and attend the Phase 2 Requirements of Participation for Long Term Care with Leah Killian-Smith, Pathway Health. This session will provide an overview of the new and revised regulations that will be effective 11/28/17. Participants will receive a Phase 2 checklist to assist with preparing for the next stage of compliance.
