LeadingAge National developed a survey to help organizations assess their workplace culture and would like to pilot it with approximately 8-10 organizations. They will use your candid feedback to shorten it and create a survey that ultimately will help communities assess their strengths and weaknesses – and then be directed to useful resources.
The survey is to be completed by a subset of various levels of staff, from hands on caregivers to upper management. Please have 2-3 staff at a few levels in your organization help us evaluate the survey’s overall quality and clarity, as well as the ease or difficulty of its use. The survey contains questions as well as a space for comments. In addition, there is a separate document with a few evaluation questions about the overall survey. The process should take about 20 minutes.
