Effective immediately, Sunflower has a dedicated line for providers to call regarding HCBS authorization issues.
Providers can use this single-point of contact for the issues below:
- To resolve a missing or potentially inaccurate HCBS authorization
- To resolve an authorization that is not in Authenticare
- To resolve a potentially inaccurate Integrated Service Plan
- To obtain a copy of the current Integrated Service Plan, if not received
- To obtain a copy of the authorization letter, if not received
