Careers in Aging Services Day was a hit in different parts of the state last week. High School and college students had the opportunity to learn about aging services and what jobs are available for them. Many reported that they didn’t know about all of the jobs available in our field and this experience opened their eyes to the possibilities. This will be a yearly event powered by LeadingAge Kansas. We will make a few adjustments next year based upon lessons learned. Check out some of the cool pictures from the event.
